We also manage Leasehold & Freehold Developments with commercial and residential elements. We offer debt recovery and dispute resolution services for non-managed buildings on a fixed fee basis.

Bev began her career in block management accounts, moving through debt recovery to become Accounts Manager. Her work has covered leaseholder complaints, dispute resolution, legal matters, county courts and tribunals.

She has managed portfolios of up to 1,500 units and has worked with RTM Companies, Resident Management Companies, Freeholders and Head Lessors, resolving long-standing service and financial disputes while building strong client relationships.

CKB supports leaseholders, directors, RTM companies, resident management companies, freeholders and head lessors with clear, practical block management.

Yes, we provide a 24/7 Out Of Hours service as part of our standard management package.

We work with Freeholder and Ground Rent investors, as well as RTM Companies, RMCs, Commercial Occupiers and Freeholders on Leasehold Estates.

Our costs are transparent and all-inclusive within our management package. We carefully select local contractors and service providers based on the location of our managed sites and buildings. All contractors are verified in-house, have the relevant expertise and insurance cover and they do not pay a fee to be included on our approved contractor list. We welcome recommendations from Clients and Leaseholders and do not charge any commissions.
