CKB Block Management Limited is a recently established company, launched in June 2024. As a privately held entity, CKB is a small organisation, dedicated to delivering a professional, amiable, inclusive, and individualised service to every client. With over two decades of expertise in the property services sector, the partners of CKB Block Management are well-equipped to grasp and handle the unique needs of all blocks and estates under our management, ensuring attention to detail and maintaining client satisfaction.

BIO
Bev began her career in block management within the accounts sector, moving into debt recovery and then Accounts Manager. Her responsibilities included handling leaseholder complaints, dispute resolution, and legal matters involving county courts and tribunals. Bev managed up to 1500 units and simultaneously and successfully resolved long-standing service provision and financial disputes. Her management experience encompasses roles as an agent for RTM Companies, RMCs, Freeholders, and Head Lessors. In recognition of her expertise, she was delighted to be recognised and awarded in the 2023 Property Industry Top 50.
